HOW TO FILE A COMPLAINT ABOUT HOSPICE CARE. If you or your caregiver have concerns about the quality of care you receive from your hospice provider, you can fle a complaint.
Hospice Isle of Man undertakes to do the following with regard to your complaint: Treat it seriously; and deal with it sympathetically, swiftly, impartially and with courtesy.
The hospice that serves you must advise you of your right to file a complaint with the Department of Health Services; they must also explain the complaint filing process.
How to complain. Our information, How to Make a Complaint, will be available to all of our users from the outset of their treatment as part of their induction to the service. This information will also be available on the Hospice website, at the Hospice reception, and in the Hospice retail outlets.
