Hotel Pennsylvania. 2 years ago. This beloved hostelry is currently being covered for demolition that is expected to be down to ground level in mid-2023. It will be interesting to see what the "refugee" situation will be when the work starts in earnest.
Read the reviews of Hotel Pennsylvania on Yelp. You will be shocked at how a famous, large, historic hotel can be run so poorly. Even though the owners have spent a lot of money on the so-called renovation of the hotel, they really want to demolish it and build a supertall skyscraper in its place.
