6x10 "The Down Low" Season 6 Spoilers. I just rewatched this episode. I've binge-watched a lot recently, 3 seasons, and I can't think of another that breaks my heart as much as this one. I don't even like cops. But the whole plot, the characters, the storyline was so just not black-and-white.
House makes her think that they are a gay couple. When Wilson tries to explain that it's one of House's schemes, Nora misinterprets the situation and thinks that Wilson is jealous that she is spending time with House. Finally, at a restaurant, Wilson announces his "marriage proposal" to House.
