Since 1993, the Computers for Schools Plus (CFS+) program has helped extend the useful life of electronic equipment, reduce the environmental impact of electronic waste and offered practical work internships to young Canadians to help them develop advanced digital skills for the job market.

1. Buy a device that meets the minimum device requirements (see Related Links section) and apply for a reimbursement within 6 months of the purchase. Reimbursements can be provided by e-transfer or cheque. 2. Apply for a subsidy online.
Renewed Computer Technology (RCT) is a federally funded not-for-profit, charitable organization that refurbishes computers and delivers them to schools, First Nation bands, charities, non-profits, individuals and families living with limited income in Ontario.
