28 Αυγ 2021 · In order to obtain the proper license, you will be required by Texas law to distribute, produce, or sell alcohol properly. The qualification guidelines for the distribution, production, and sale of alcohol are regulated by the government agency called Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC).
You must decide which license type you need, check that your business meets the eligibility requirements, gather the correct forms, complete your TABC certification, and use TABC’s Alcohol Industry Management System (AIMS) to apply for your license for serving alcoholic beverages.
The application for an on-premise Texas beer license is the TABC’s Form L-ON. This application must be submitted with the certificate for late hour operations. If you operate an excursion boat, buffet or club car, you must also submit a county clerk certificate that verifies the alcoholic content in the beer and/or wine that you will be serving.
