19 Φεβ 2020 · The questions that I am struggling with is how to make permanent the trestle and supports. My current plan: mark the entire layout. Lay track bed on flat surfaces. On raised surfaces create structure for trestles and elevated tracks. Shape corrugated cardboard to cover trestles (like in the photo).
4 Φεβ 2019 · Picture shows the scratch-built trestle and through-truss bridge on my 10'-by-5' layout that is the subject of an article in OGR Run 304. Both bridges are 24 inches in length, constructed from basswood, and easily removable from the layout.
