When you unsubscribe, you'll have until the end of the billing cycle to retrieve your content. Once your subscription is up, you'll lose access to your content. By GoPro's terms, anything you don't retrieve by the time your subscription expires is subject to be permanently deleted.

Select "Account" at the top right corner of the screen and log in to your account. Select the "Account" button again. Select "My Subscription" from the drop-down menu and then select "subscription". Choose "Cancel subscription". You will need to follow the prompt to complete your cancellation.
