30 Απρ 2024 · To change the battery in a Stack-On gun safe, first, locate the battery compartment on the outside of the safe. Use a screwdriver to remove the cover, and then replace the old batteries with new ones, making sure to match the correct polarity.
If the battery in your stack on gun safe dies and you are unable to open the safe, you can use the override key provided with the safe. Insert the key into the keyhole and turn it counterclockwise to unlock the safe. Once open, replace the dead battery with a new one to restore proper functionality.
In order to receive a replacement key to your security product: Complete the following form and send to Stack-On Products. Send a copy of your valid driver’s license along with the form.
