27 Φεβ 2022 · Is there a way I can make all of my email folders in Outlook have the same layout? By that I mean the same columns in the same order with the same widths and sorted the same. I would like this to apply to all existing folders and any new folders.
Customize the order of your folders. From the Outlook navigation, select Mail. Select the View tab on the ribbon, select Folder pane, and if it's not already selected, select Custom folder order. The Folder Pane in the Outlook window is how you switch between the folders you use to organizer messages and other Outlook items.

This opens the Advanced View Settings window, where you can change all manner of things about the view. We'll change the displayed columns and the sort settings as an example.
