7 Ιουν 2023 · The default view in Outlook is Compact, which users can easily change to Single or Preview. Moreover, there are also options to customize the selected view. You can add or remove columns, group items, sort emails in ascending or descending order, change the formatting of columns, and more.
15 Ιαν 2024 · My boss wanted single line for each message. Here is how I fixed his: Outlook 365. View > Current View > Message Preview > Off. Unfortunately, this does not produce Single Line View in the New Outlook.
7 Φεβ 2021 · How do I get ALL my folders to be 1 line? It took me hours to figure out how to get the Inbox to be 1 line, but the Draft, Sent, etc., still go to 2 lines when the window is smaller. I've tried delete/add columns, etc., and nothing works.
21 Νοε 2018 · By default, Outlook shows the Reading pane to the right of the folders and messages, but you can change this by going to View > Reading Pane. Your options are to change the position to "Bottom" (so Outlook shows the Reading pane below messages) or "Off," which hides the Reading pane.

27 Ιουλ 2023 · You will notice there are four options: “Off,” “1 Line,” “2 Lines,” and “3 Lines.” Ensure you select the “ 1 Line ” option. Outlook will then ask you whether or not you would like to apply the change to each mailbox or just your (currently open) folder.
