23 Μαΐ 2021 · There’s a shortcut to navigating the Outlook menus down to Choose Form. Add a button to the ribbon or Quick Access toolbar. In File | Options | Customize choose ‘All Commands’ then select ‘Choose Form …’ and add to either a ribbon or QAT.

It's easier to just save the email in your "Drafts" folder, and then copy and paste the contents into a new email. That works, but you can make life much easier if you add the template selector to the ribbon.

24 Φεβ 2014 · Instead of opening oft-files from within Outlook via the Choose Form dialog, you can add a shortcut to the Templates folder location to Outlook’s Shortcut Navigation (CTRL+7). This will then open the folder within Explorer from where you can double click on the oft-file and open it in Outlook.
