The MC Pregnancy module contains functionality specifically oriented to enabling other Sim households within the neighborhoods to have children and get married. The random pregnancy/marriage checks run at midnight. They run on different days depending on the game speed.
Double check the pregnancy settings in CAS for both your sim and the sim they are trying for a baby with. Make sure one can "Become pregnant" and the other can "Get others pregnant". If you still don't see it that means you could be due to a mod conflict.
The cheat console will tell you whether the Sim is pregnant, and the number and gender of babies. Commands. pregnancy.scan - Reveal number of babies and genders. pregnancy.scan nogender - Reveal number of babies (single, twins, triplets) without revealing gender. (v2.0 only)
20 Οκτ 2020 · If your Sim gets a termination of pregnancy from another mod and not mine, I advise doing the following right after: go the the ‘actions’ menu, then WooHoo Wellness Settings, then click ‘Remove All Paternity Testing Markers’

20 Οκτ 2020 · Checking if a Sim has protection: You can check at any time how many you have in your inventory. Your Sim can ask others if they’re on birth control or have items; if they do, then it doesn’t matter whether your Sim has anything or not (for obvious reasons), they’ll both be protected.
