12 Ιουλ 2024 · Locate the access hole for the drain line and remove the PVC cap. Look by the AC unit’s air handler inside your home for a T-shaped PVC pipe running out of it. Take off the cap at the top of the PVC pipe that goes straight up in the air to open the access hole.
To unclog an AC drain line, turn off the power to the unit. Locate the drain line and use a wet/dry vacuum to suck out the clog. Flush the line with water using a garden hose or cup of water. Check and clean the drain pan under the indoor unit. Ensure water flows freely through the line.
