Use this box volume calculator to easily calculate the volume of a rectangular box or tank from its length, width and height (depth) in any metric: mm, cm, meters, km, inches, feet, yards, miles... Useful for shipping dimensions in cubic meters / feet.
30 Ιουλ 2024 · To find the volume of a box, simply multiply length, width, and height — and you're good to go! For example, if a box is 5×7×2 cm, then the volume of a box is 70 cubic centimeters. For dimensions that are relatively small whole numbers, calculating volume by hand is easy.
Volume calculator online - calculate the volume of common geometrical bodies such as cube, box, cylinder, sphere, cone, triangular prism. Quick and easy volume calculation with formulas included. Find the volume of three-dimensial bodies.
23 Σεπ 2024 · To calculate the volume of a rectangular box, first measure its length, width, and height. Be sure to use the same units, like inches or centimeters, for all 3 measurements! Then, simply multiply the 3 measurements together using the formula Volume = Length × Width × Height.
8 Δεκ 2008 · In order to calculate the volume of a box, multiply the length times the width times the height of the box. Substitute numbers into a formula for the volume of a three-dimensional box with tips...
The formula for the volume of a box (or cuboid) is: \[ V = lwh \; \] where l is the length, w is the width, and h is the height of the cuboid
The formula for the volume of a cylinder is height x π x (diameter / 2)2, where (diameter / 2) is the radius of the base (d = 2 x r), so another way to write it is height x π x radius2. Visual in the figure below: First, measure the diameter of the base (usually easier than measuring the radius), then measure the height of the cylinder.
