The MC Pregnancy module contains functionality specifically oriented to enabling other Sim households within the neighborhoods to have children and get married. The random pregnancy/marriage checks run at midnight. They run on different days depending on the game speed.

Double check the pregnancy settings in CAS for both your sim and the sim they are trying for a baby with. Make sure one can "Become pregnant" and the other can "Get others pregnant". If you still don't see it that means you could be due to a mod conflict.

You’ll want to open the cheat box with whatever commands are needed for your circumstance: PC: ctrl + shift + c. Mac: command + shift + c. Console: all four triggers.

20 Οκτ 2020 · Auto assignment has 5% chances of making a sim infertile. If you ever need to re-assign fertility metrics to a Sim (say, if they changed CAS gender options for example), you will be able to do so under ‘family and pregnancy’ then ‘fertility’ then ‘options’.
