In Outlook, you have the option to: Create a contact list | Edit a contact list | Delete a contact list. You can create a contact list or add contacts to an existing list. On the side panel, select People. Select the contact you would like to add to a new contact list.
Enter the Name, Email address of the group, Description, and set the Privacy settings, and then select Create. You'll be prompted to add members when you first create a group, but you can also add them later.
