Minimize or expand the ribbon, hide or show the folder pane, group or ungroup mail folders, reposition or hide the reading pane, customize the item lists, and change the font size of incoming messages.
After you set up email in Outlook for Android or Outlook for iOS, you can customize the mobile app to stay connected the way you want. This includes managing your notifications, adding widgets to your phone, etc.
Tap the text field, then edit your signature. You can only use text in your Mail signatures. Tip: If you have more than one email account, tap Per Account to set a different signature for each account. Mark addresses outside certain domains.
