24 Απρ 2015 · I had my call forwarding set to roll over to my cell phone. After some time, I went online to the Dashboard and turned it off. All calls still roll over to my cell phone and continue to do so, even though the Dashboard shows Call Forwarding as "Off."

If you want to deactivate your service but are not transferring all of your business’s telephone numbers to another service provider, please contact us at (844) 963-0206. Don’t cancel while transferring a number. If you're transferring your number, don’t cancel your Comcast Business Mobile service.
