21 Μαΐ 2024 · In the old Outlook for Windows, you could permanently delete an email directly from the Inbox by using Shift + Delete. The item would be permanently deleted without going to the Deleted Items folder first.
Step 1 will ask you for the details of the messages that you want to be part of the rule like Subject, Sender's Email Address, etc. Then, Step 2 will ask for the action you would like to take for the messages. There you'll see the Option to "Delete these messages—don't even put them in my Deleted folder" which you can choose.
