14 Απρ 2020 · Safari appears to be blocking my webcam. When I visit a few websites that want to use the webcam nothing happens. The video doesn't appear and Safari doesn't ask for permission to access the camera. It works just fine in Chrome (asked for permission and then the camera worked).
Review or change access to the camera, microphone, and other hardware features. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security. Tap a hardware feature, such as Camera, Bluetooth, Local Network, or Microphone. The list shows the apps that requested access. You can turn access on or off for any app on the list.

That is all you need to do to completely disable camera, microphone and location access for a specific website. Do note that Safari doesn’t let any website access your device’s camera, microphone or location by default.
