The most efficient means to gather the remaining kill rep is to farm heroic Vazruden in Hellfire Ramparts. He gives 250 base rep (before bonuses), and after killing him you can reset the fight without killing his mount Nazan , and Vazruden will respawn in about 30 seconds.
