24 Μαΐ 2021 · You cannot file a complaint by phone. However, you can initiate the process by phone call. Call toll free 1-800-669-4000 to submit basic information, which will be forwarded to the appropriate field office.
To file a discrimination complaint with the EEOC in Georgia over the phone, you can call the EEOC at 1-800-669-4000. A representative from the EEOC will request some information to determine if the EEOC can investigate your claim.
If you decide to file a discrimination complaint, you must do so within 15 days from the day you received notice from your EEO Counselor about how to file a complaint. This notice is sent to you after your final interview with the EEO Counselor.
