Make sure you are using an undamaged Ethernet cable, check for a green light near the Ethernet port on the printer, and then print a Network Configuration Page to verify the connection. Turn off the printer, and then disconnect the Ethernet cable from the router and the printer.

24 Απρ 2020 · You need a number of ports: For the actual printing port 9100 (tcp). This is the HP JetDirect print protocol, which, as far as I know, all HP Laserprinters use. For the web-interface the normal HTTP port 80 (tcp).
Check your HP Instant Ink account to make sure your printer is connected to the service. Tip: Make sure your printer is powered on and connected to the internet – even overnight – to receive uninterrupted Instant Ink.
