Shrink a worksheet to fit on one page. Go to Page Layout > Dialog Box Launcher on the bottom right. In the Page Setup dialog box, select the Page tab. Under Scaling, select Fitto. To fit your document to print on one page, choose 1 page (s) wide by 1 tall in the Fit to boxes.

In the Scale to Fit group, in the Width box, select 1 page, and in the Height box, select Automatic. Columns will now appear on one page, but the rows may extend to more than one page. To print your worksheet on a single page, choose 1 page in the Height box.
