Replacing the big caps nearest the PSU fixed it. Thanks for all the help here guys, the consensus seems to be bad capacitors, issue with screen resolution or bad AV cables. Brought it to a mates and it is working almost fine, still a little flickering.
31 Μαΐ 2023 · The only way to fix this issue is opening up your Xbox and thoroughly cleaning it from the inside with isopropyl alcohol, compressed air, brushes and a screwdriver. Here is a great YouTube tutorial on how to do it.
