  1. Anyone, with proper diet, training, etc, can achieve the low body fat + muscle mass combo of a fitness model. Fashion models rely heavily (more?) on being thin (not necessarily fit), but on some genetic factors like height, cheekbone structure, etc. Obviously those are not factors that can be changed.
