Unlocking Perks In 7 Days To Die. To unlock Levels 2-5 of an attribute, you need to spend 1 skill point each time. Levels 6-8 require 2 skill points, and Levels 9-10 require 3 skill points. Additionally, certain drugs and clothing can have the effect of increasing a particular attribute level.
