I used a Thunderbolt 2 to Thunderbolt 3 adapter to connect my Apollo Twin to the Titan Ridge card. After I did all that it worked. Currently I'm tryin to work out the kinks with capturing the Apollo audio in OBS which turns out to be a whole other issue.
