Using the Sawmill in the Woodcutting Guild, the player can make a full load of planks in 20 seconds by using a charged skills necklace and ring of dueling. Alternatively there is a bank chest in the western part of the guild.
The Woodcutting Guild in Hosidius contains a sawmill which is located significantly closer to the bank than the one near Varrock. This allows the player to make even higher profits by creating planks and selling them on the Grand Exchange .
Reply. te_un. • 2 yr. ago. Depends on what you hve in resources and how many you need to make: Woodcutting guild chill and kinda afk. Click once every few seconds to walk back and forth from the bank to the sawmill guy. No runes input. Plank make also afk but high runes input.
The voucher can be redeemed for an extra plank per log at a sawmill, or when using the Plank Make spell; the player must have sufficient space in their inventory or plank sack to do so, or the vouchers will not be used.
Looking for some guidance on a method for making planks until 83 construction. If I already have some banked, it seems the best way is to use the PvP/Camelot/PoH butler method, but once I run out of banked teak logs, what would be the next best thing? I've seen a few suggestions such as: Cutting teaks at Prif -> sawmill -> bank.
Do Tempoross or chop logs for early planks. Setup Miscellanea for hardwoods, plant hardwoods on fossil island for chopping (teaks are the most money efficient, mahogany costs way more but saves some time). Once you've got money for planks, get rings of dueling and use Castle Wars > Bank > Balloon > Lumberyard > Repeat.
