Using the Sawmill in the Woodcutting Guild, the player can make a full load of planks in 20 seconds by using a charged skills necklace and ring of dueling. Alternatively there is a bank chest in the western part of the guild.
The voucher can be redeemed for an extra plank per log at a sawmill, or when using the Plank Make spell; the player must have sufficient space in their inventory or plank sack to do so, or the vouchers will not be used.

27 Ιαν 2018 · Make 20 Mahogany Planks in one go. You need level 50 woodcutting to cut mahogany trees in Tai Bwo Wannai (100 trading sticks needed), or on Ape Atoll. Take 20 mahogany logs to sawmill operator with 30k.

Another good way to make planks quickly is to go to world 25 or 37 (the PVP worlds) and start off at the camelot square in front of the castle (don't worry, it's a safe area there). From there withdraw your logs of whatever kind you would like to make planks from.
