My favorite way to eat youtiao is to dip them into hot soy milk, like the French dip their croissants in black coffee. But you can also pair them with congee or soup, as long as they are freshly fried!

16 Απρ 2021 · Chinese doughnut stick tastes wonderful on its own. You may also dip it into soy milk, a little soy sauce, or condensed milk if you fancy something sweet. I personally like eating it with a little fermented bean curd (Fu Ru/腐乳).
