Recipe: 1 cup sugar. 1 1/3 tbsp malic acid. 1 1/3 tbsp fumaric acid. That's it. Mix it up really good. Method: After my gummies are dry and ready to be coated, I put the sugar in a big mixing bowl. The gummies go in a strainer, and I run them under really hot water for roughly 15-30 seconds to get them sticky.
