Salt and pepper to taste. Directions. Preheat oven to 375F. 1. Line a shallow baking pan with aluminum foil; lay the salmon fillets on it.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Stack the lemon slices on the bottom of a large baking dish, and then put the salmon fillet on top of it. Season the salmon with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. In a bowl, combine 2 tbsp maple syrup, mustard, oil, and lemon juice. Pour the marinade over the salmon fillet.
