12 Ιαν 2024 · There are two ways that you can set up an email account in the Mail app on your iOS device — automatically or manually. Learn which option is best for you. Set up automatically if you use a common email provider.
Add an email account. You can add one or more email accounts to the Mail app so that you can receive all your email in one place and easily send email from any of your accounts. Go to Settings > Apps > Mail. Tap Accounts, then tap Add Account.

Those instructions work for iCloud, Microsoft Exchange, Google, Yahoo, AOL, and Outlook.com. For other accounts, tap Other > Add Mail Account and then enter the appropriate IMAP or POP details.
