5 Ιουλ 2013 · Quick Pickled Vegetables — It’s so easy to make quick pickles! These pickled vegetables take just 10 minutes to prep and are ready to eat after 24 hours. I made pickled carrots and parsnips, but you can use any veggies you have on hand!
Prepare the Brining solution: Vinegar, water, spices, salt and sugar. Blanch the vegetables: To the pot with the brine, add the vegetables and simmer for just 5 minutes. Fill the jars: Divide the vegetables among four jars and fill evenly with the vinegar mixture. The Pickling Brine Ratio.
