Large Resource Deposits are large quantities of a single Raw Material found in Subnautica. Unlike stone outcrops, the materials cannot be harvested by hand; instead they must be broken down using the Prawn Suit Drill Arm.

The recipe does require a Vehicle Upgrade Console, so make sure you have this already made before attempting to craft this. The items you need to collect for the recipe include: 5x Titanium. 4x Diamond.

There are 2 main ways to get this: Early-Game Install a scanner room or just search by yourself, get into caves or scout the grassy plateaus, this will give you enough quartz for a few hours... Late-Game Lost River method, this will help you get lots and lots of quartz.
