To solve, fill ANY EIGHT OF THE AVAILABLE NINE DIGITS into each row, box, and column so that the REGULAR SUDOKU RULES can be applied! The box does not act as a window, blocking out a number that is not available; it can at times stand for as many as three digits!
13 Ιουν 2012 · It’s a Blackout Sudoku with Jigsaw regions. The rules are simple: in each row, column and bold-lined jigsaw region you must place 8 different digits in the range 1 to 9. Don’t place a digit on the shaded squares.
The theoretical approach of advanced Sudoku strategies is relatively easy to understand and apply. The biggest difficulty is finding the right patterns on the grid and knowing which technique to use in each case.
How Is Sudoku Played? The objective of Sudoku is to fill a 9x9 grid made of squares (shown above circled in blue) so that each row, each column, and each full 9x9 square use the numbers 1-9. While solving the sudoku puzzle you can only use each number one time in the square, column, and row.
"Blackout" By Jay Dyer. Normal sudoku rules apply. Cells are initially covered in fog, and placing correct digits will clear the fog around those digits. Mark nine cells such that there is one marked cell in each row, column and 3x3 box.
