24 Απρ 2020 · The display cache in Windows 10 helps the computer to remember what mode and resolution to use when a particular display output is detected from a connected external monitor. This helps avoid having to manually apply all the settings again each time a specific external monitor is connected.
This most likely means the Mac is outputting a video mode that the screen can't display. Try reducing the resolution and Refresh Rate (in System Preferences -> Display) until you get something on the screen, then work your way up the list again. A good starting point would be 1024x768 or even 640x480.
Before considering troubleshooting options, make sure your device is up to date. Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update , then select Check for updates. If you need help setting up your external monitors, see How to use multiple monitors in Windows 10.
If your Mac doesn’t recognize that a separate display is connected, you can try to detect it in System Settings, or try one of the other troubleshooting tips below. On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Displays in the sidebar.
Go To Apple menu > System Preferences > Displays and then click Display Settings. In Resolution settings select Default For Display. You can then restart your Mac normally and your external display resolution and refresh rate will be restored to the previous setting.
