By default, LaTeX typesets text as fully-justified, but occasionally left-aligned or "ragged right" text (for right-to-left languages) may be more appropriate—such as text within narrow columns. This article explains how to change text alignment for parts, or all, of your document using LaTeX's built-in features and the package ragged2e .
For a short line (With lenght less than \linewidth) you can use \rightline{word or phrase}. If you want to align a paragraph at right put it in a flushright environment. This way allows line breaks with \\. the right. The simpler solution to right align a line is this: Here comes some text. Have a nice day. This is a neat solution (thanks!).
Alternatively, X would left-align and Y right-align. You can use p{1.5cm} or so to have a specific column stretch to a predefined size. As long as you use any of X, Y, Z together with it, the table will stretch to the width of your text margin.

11 Οκτ 2018 · Use \hfill before it, in order to achieve your alignment. I used an \fbox additionally in my MWE to have a frame around the text. The % can be deleted if you want the marked text to move to the next line.

16 Φεβ 2019 · \hfill does horizontal filling and pushes next element (ie the minipage) towards the right margin. To have a finer control on the position of the minipage, you can use \hspace{6cm}(minipage)\\ . It will leave 6cm, insert the minipage box and ends the "line" ( \\ ).
