18 Σεπ 2017 · I'm using an iPhone and Baidu Maps seems to be the more accurate choice, as well as the App Store description says that this app is also available in English. But even with English available, the app is always boot in Chinese.
13 Αυγ 2024 · We highly recommend Gaode Maps for its English support and user-friendly interface. Baidu Maps is also a strong option if you’re comfortable with some Chinese language use. Remember to download and set up your chosen app before your trip to ensure a smooth navigation experience in China.

There are many other map apps and services you can find on the internet and try out on your phone as well. Baidu Maps and Gaode Maps are two popular local map apps in China.
Baidu Map, also called Baidu Ditu, is one of the most accurate digital maps in China, but so far there is not a version in English. Also since Google Maps was blocked, you can't use it too if you don't have a re-direct proxy installed in your device.
