Step one is checking your os default search engine. The next step is checking chrome://policy to see if something is adding Yahoo and change your default search engine in chrome. Then disable all your extension see chrome flags to do this. Then reset everything default search home page then restart the browser.

This happens some weeks ago and I'm finally getting around to trying to fix it but it's really annoying and it seems to limit what I can see in the Google results. Anytime I Google something in the search bar of Chrome it will do some redirects and then it shows this search.yahoo thing.
