Research suggests that tocotrienols may support heart health by reducing cholesterol levels and improving blood vessel function.
The review is articulated in paragraphs focusing on the chemistry and the biosynthesis of vitamin E, and the importance of tocochromanols in the human diet. Then a survey on tocopherols and tocotrienols activity on human health is presented.
