1 Ιαν 2008 · I learned from members of Jeepforum that it was possibly a clogged AC drain. Using the recommendations from others I started the job. Locate the HVAC box drain by pulling the carpet back on the passenger side. Its a round piece that goes into the firewall.
20 Μαρ 2012 · The complete unit can be easily removed. The electrical is connected with a plug under the dash above the gas pedal, the unit is held to the dash bottom lip with four sheet metal screws, (and maybe one at the firewall near the gas pedal, or at least a brace there).
22 Μαρ 2018 · IF you are running the A/C for more than 15 minutes and there is condensate dripping from the air box onto the passenger side floor board; this is a good indication that the condensate drain line is obstructed and needs to be cleared.

15 Ιαν 2023 · I have found an easy and fast way to clean the HVAC Evaporator to eliminate the odors caused by buildup on the evaporator. This method is done from inside the vehicle and takes about thirty (30) minutes. Buy a can of evaporator cleaner with a hose.
13 Φεβ 2024 · This is a common issue with TJs. There is a lot of information here and elsewhere regarding troubleshooting and repairing the a/c control panel and related wiring. However, the best advice I ran across was to consider replacing the actual blower fan motor.
14 Ιουλ 2010 · my a/c condenser (w/cooler) was punctured on my 2007, auto, 4dr, wrangler, i was wondering the best way to remove it for repair. is it easier to remove the radiator and work from the engine side or remove the grill and work on it from the front? any tips or advise would be appreciated.
