9 Νοε 2019 · Product: envy 360 convertable. Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit) Just started having a problem at boot up. Face recognition appears and verifies me but them i get the locked screen with hello and my name. I then have to press the space key to get into windows home screen.
