2 Μαΐ 2019 · Make a folder named "PS3" in the root of the USB device. Under the "PS3" folder, make a folder named "UPDATE". Place the PUP file under "UPDATE" and name it "PS3UPDAT.PUP". EVERYTHING MUST BE CAPITALIZED! Plug the USB device into the right-hand USB slot (the one closest to the disc drive). On the XMB, goto "System Update".
you can get them on pc or phone using the info here. you get the xml (if it exists) then the update links are inside. if more than one, get all and install in order. there is an example link for disc and psn you just change the numbers in links for your game.
