If you have a router running a Wi-Fi standard older than Wi-Fi 6, such as 802.11b, 802.11g, or 802.11n, you may want to upgrade to equipment enabled with Wi-Fi 6 to improve the speed and performance of your home Wi-Fi network. Learn more about the differences between modems, routers, and gateways.
To view software updates, select AT&T Software Update > Check for Updates. Follow the on-screen prompts to download and install the update. The device automatically restarts once the new software successfully installs.
