For Section 3, grantees must demonstrate and report to HUD the efforts taken to satisfy the Section 3 requirements in HUD Form 60002, Complete HUD Form 60002 online.
The award recipient must submit to NCHFA one HUD-60002 report that contains both their own activities and the activities of the contractors with contracts for more than $100,000 and those contractors’ subcontractors with contracts for more than $100,000.
