25 Νοε 2021 · Hello, I've recently gotten an HP Active Pen G3, I've managed to connect it to my laptop (HP Envy x360 15) and the buttons seem to work but it won't draw. I've tried changing a bunch of different settings and installing drivers but nothing seems to fix it.

3 Ιαν 2024 · It came with an HP RECHARGEABLE ACTIVE PEN G3. I can't configure the TOP AND BOTTOM buttons for functions. I installed the HP CONTROL PEN and it says my computer is not compatible. I cannot resolve this demand through HP SUPPORT ASSISTANT. I want to resolve this issue and need help.

25 Νοε 2021 · I recently bought the rechargeable active pen g3 following reviewing it was suitable for my HP elitebook 830 g8 note book. The pen is fully charged and paired with notebook. When I press the button on the pen the drawing toolbar opens but when I go to use the pen nothing happens.
