22 Οκτ 2018 · If the issue persists, I would suggest here is to Uninstall the printer drivers and then try installing the Windows built-in drivers for the printer. Simply turn on the printer and connect the USB cable from the printer to the PC.

27 Αυγ 2022 · I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 6970. I removed and tried to readd my printer. After adding the printer, the message came up "Driver is unavailable". I tried downloading HP print doctor and got an error message saying something like output file cannot be deleted. I tried HP Smart and that failed as well.
17 Ιουν 2020 · Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978. Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit) Since W10 update on 6/15/2020 I have been unable to print. Printer icon says 'Driver not available', PC says 'Unable to print to HP6970'. Connecting wirelessly, but same problem exists with ethernet and USB connections.

23 Απρ 2018 · Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit) My labtop under setting for my printer states that my printer driver is unavailable. Also it list my printer as 6970, when I have a 6978 officejet pro. The CD that came with my printer also states that it is a 6970 are they one in the same. Pls help.
