25 Σεπ 2019 · If you think you have received a fake HP Support message, please report it to us by clicking on "Flag Post". I have tried all methods: used HP Scan Doctor, Re-Installed the software many times; Still the message remains the same on my windows10, "Driver - 7249021.
21 Σεπ 2022 · For a few weeks now, I get the message "Driver is unavailable". I have tried every conceivable solution by browsing the HP forums. I have uninstalled and reinstalled HP programs (HP Doctor, HP Smart, etc...).
26 Νοε 2021 · Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide. Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit) Last week my installed printer is not working suddenly for 2 Windows10 devices. I get "Driver is unavailable". I deinstalled the programs, HP smart app, used printui.exe /s to remove the driver and rebooted.

I've tried several solutions I found in these forums, including partial and full reset, updating firmware, reinstalling drivers, using HP's support software, etc. Nothing has helped. I can still scan and print with ePrint just fine, I just cannot print directly from my PC.
2 Φεβ 2020 · I have tried downloading drivers from HP website. Both machines have been restarted a number of times. Not sure if this happened after a windows update. Printer is printing out diagnostic sheets from the touchscreen on the printer, but printer and pc not communicating.
